The Angry Horse is a not-for-profit gravel event* with two courses interwoven in a valley between the Caribou Range, Blackfoot Mountains and Grays Range south of the Snake River Plains. The proximity to these untamed mountains and the Grays Lake Wildlife Refuge make for one wild and rugged day on the bike!

This year, prepare for a grassroots, self-supported ride with primitive aid only offering water and drop bags. Both the Stud Run and Chestnut Mare will be ridden clockwise this year, opposite of previous events.

We are still working on finalizing all the details involving the placement and logistics of aid stations and course routes. Any new developments will be announced on the Facebook event, Athlete360 registration page and official event website.

We look forward to seeing you out there!
